Recently at an event in China Lenovo has released their Z6pro device form the mobile line-up. Lenovo is a giant computing manufacturer while they are not quite good in the mobile sector. But the most affordable and powerful device I have used from Lenovo Zuk z2plus. I’m a huge fan of their all computing line-up.

Leave it, these are just some personal comments from a fan.

Let’s dig in and see what we are getting in this phone.

The Z6 pro comes with very powerful internals and externals. The device has 6.39inch full HD+ AMOLED display with waterdrop notch and supports HDR10. Under the hood it powered by Snapdragon 855 which is new in the industry and following by the ram and storage you will find many options  6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB,12GB + 512GB and you can still expand the storage by the hybrid Micro-SD slot up to 512GB

Quad rear Camera

I would like to say along with a powerful configuration this device is also a camera-centric phone. The device has a total of 5 camera, the quad camera set up on the back comes with a 16MP 125° wide angle lens, f/2.2 aperture, 48MP f/1.8 regular sensor, 8MP f/2.4 telephoto lens and a 2MP f/1.8 lens for video enhancement and There’s also ToF (Time-of-Flight) sensors present besides the dual-LED flash, and the phone also comes with PDAF and OIS. You also won’t disappoint with the front camera which is a 32MP sensor.

You also get other features like dual SIM support, dual-frequency GPS, aptX HD audio codec support, Dolby Atmos support and a USB Type-C port. The 4,000 mAh battery supports 27W fast charging through the Type-C port.

The phone comes with android Pie beneath the ZUI11 on the top. Which includes software enhancements like Game Turbo mode, and more.

The Lenovo Z6 Pro begins at CNY 2,899 (~$430) for the 6GB+128GB variant, CNY 2,999 ($450) for the 8GB+128GB variant and CNY 4,799 ($715) for the 12GB + 512GB variant. The phone will go on sale in China on April 29, 2019, and it will be available in Red and Green color variants. Lenovo also plans to bring a 5G variant of the Z6 Pro to China, though details are sparse on this at this stage. It is also unknown if and when this device will be available in other international markets.

My name is Biplab Das. I’m a writer, Blogger, Youtuber and full time IT support engineer whose childhood obsession with science fiction never quite faded. A quarter-century later, the technology that I coveted as a kid is woven into the fabric of everyday life. I’ve spent the past years to learn these technologies, I recently published a book on computer science fundamentals. People say smartphones are boring these days, but I think everyone is beginning to take this wonderful technology marvel for granted.
